NOTICE: Please be advised that WATERCOLOUR pattern is being phased from production. It will remain on the Internet Shop site until a firm decision is made and thereafterwards any remaining stock will be sold through the Royal Stafford Factory Shop (tele: 01782 525419).
UK Delivery Information:
	Please be aware that at present there is a longer delay of items coming through production. Delivery may take up to 28 days should an item be being processed through production. We will however, where possible, try to despatch your order 48 hours after processing (excluding weekends). All parcels require a signature upon delivery. UK parcels are carried by FedEx UK. Please ensure delivery address can accept and sign for parcels which are delivered during the working week between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Only one delivery attempt is made otherwise parcels will need to be collected from the nearest depot or re-delivery arranged with the carrier at your expense. Overseas parcels are carried by FedEx courier service.
Overseas Delivery Information:
	Customs Information: Customs forms for all international packages detail the value of the contents and a description of the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be borne by you. Your local customs office can provide further information.
	VAT: VAT stands for value added tax which is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. UK VAT currently 20%, is included in all product prices displayed to the UK and EU customers on this web site. Customers from addresses outside the European Union will not be subject to VAT, and the prices shown to such customers on the site exclude this charge. However, they may be subject to local taxes and customs charges (see customs information above).

	Data Protection and Privacy: Royal Stafford is dedicated to protect your privacy. The information we collect on-line from our web site is only used to process and fulfil your order. Some information such as address and telephone numbers must be shared with a third party i.e. the Carrier who delivers the goods to you. If you have registered in our member's sections we will from time to time make you aware of special offers and new items.

	Terms: The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions made on Royal Stafford's on-line shop. Please read them carefully and we suggest your print a copy for your records. All products are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will inform you and suggest alternatives if available; alternatively we will offer a full refund. Payment can be made by any major credit card or debit card. Payment will be debited to your account before the goods are dispatched. All prices are in Pounds Sterling. Goods not delivered: We will make every effort to complete your order and ensure that your payment details are 100% secure. In the event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please notify use by email: shop@royalstafford.co.uk.
Returns Policy:
	Returns:If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to Royal Stafford, within 7 days of receipt of the goods and receive a full refund of the original purchase price. Unless we have made an error and excluding seconds, goods are faulty, the refund will be exclusive of delivery charges. Please fill out the returns form explaining the reasons for return and enclose copy in box. Please ensure that any returned items are complete including the original box/packaging. If an item is received damaged please contact 01782 525419 during the hours of 9:30am to 5:00pm.
FAQ's:
	What is a Selected Second? A 'seconds' piece is fit for purpose but may have a slight imperfection in the finish. In the case of Plates and Bowls, a 'seconds' piece does not carry the Royal Stafford mark on the back. Why is there no Stamp on the Tea Pot Items such as Mugs - Cups - Tea Pots are only marked with Made in England in clay. This applies to both Best and to Seconds. When a "Best" piece is ordered it is given a special selection by a trained overlooker. Why are there marks on the back of the Plates These marks are a feature of English Earthenware and are made when the Plate or Bowl is first held in the spindle during the glazing process and when it is supported during the firing process. My plate has started to develop marks that look like crazy paving - is this a fault in the manufacture? This effect is known as crazing and is something that can (but not always) happen to English Earthenware. It cannot be detected during the manufacturing or the selection process. It is not harmful but may become unsightly after a period of time.
	Are Royal Stafford goods made in England? Yes Royal Stafford products are guaranteed 100% made in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire , England.
