| Shipping and Delivery: We will, where possible, despatch your order 48 hours after receipt. Delivery may take up to 28 days should an item not be in stock. All parcels require a signature upon delivery. UK parcels carried by ANC. Please ensure delivery address can accept and sign for parcels which are delivered during the working week between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Only one delivery attempt is made otherwise parcels need to be collected from the nearest depot. | |

with your purchase you may return it to Royal Stafford,
within 14 days of receipt of the goods and receive
a full refund of the original purchase price. Unless we have made an error and excluding seconds, goods are faulty the refund will be exclusive of delivery charges.
